- Design to consider stockpile heights, locations and trafic flow
- Lights to be high enough so as not to shine in operators eyes
- Maintenance considerations; No working at excessive heights or elevated work platforms to maintain
- Project Management to include Stakeholder engagement, Approvals, Tender, Contractor Mobilisation and Execution
- Budget A$3.5 million
